Jessica Simpson and Eric Johnson Are Scouting Wedding Venues! Can You Guess Where They're Looking?

When Jessica Simpson and her former NFL player fiancé Eric Johnson got engaged way back in November 2010, we thought we were in for an imminent blowout wedding. Since then, they delayed their nuptials twice to have children, but now, the parents to 18-month-old Maxwell and 4-month-old Ace are kicking their preparations back into high gear!

According to Us Weekly, Simpson and Johnson recently traveled to the dazzling Italian island of Capri to scout wedding locations. Their reason for an amore-filled destination wedding? The pair fell in love in Capri during their first trip together in 2010. How's that for a meaningful and jaw-dropping location?
Apparently, their most recent trip was just as fruitful as their first visit. Simpson reportedly deemed the seaside landmark Augustus Gardens "perfect" for her summer 2014 wedding. "She seemed very excited about it," a source told Us Weekly.

The La Fontelina beach club also fit into Simpson's idea for a week-long wedding getaway. It "would be great for a party that week," a second source said. "It's the kind of spot where you can hang out in a bikini."
It sounds like their business-and-pleasure trip was a success! Plus, with Italy holding tightly to its position as the number one honeymoon destination in the world, they won't have travel far for their post-wedding getaway. Bravo on planning, Jess!
We've seen Simpson serve as bridesmaid to many friends, sneak into high-end bridal designers' boutiques, and wear her ruby engagement ring all around town, and now we get to see the pieces of her dream wedding finally fall into place.
