Thought she wanted to marry George Clooney? You thought wrong! Stacy Keibler, who broke up with the notorious bachelor last year, married boyfriend Jared Pobre in a sunset beach ceremony in Mexico on Saturday.

Keibler, a model and former pro wrestler, and Pobre, a tech entrepreneur and CEO of Future Ads, were friends for five years before they started dating last fall. And according to her statement to People, their romance couldn't have come at a better time.

"My happiness is indescribable!" Keibler said of the casual wedding, which they had been planning for several months. "Marriage is the ultimate bond of love and friendship. It means putting all your faith and trust into a person that you can't help but believe is your soul mate. Someone who has all of your best interests at heart; someone handpicked for you, to help you grow and be the best person that you can be. Jared is all of this for me."

The couple also gave a joint statement to People, in which they described the inspiration behind their super-secret and very romantic nuptials (looks like they took a page out of Adam Brody and Leighton Meester's book). "We both felt strongly that our 'love day' should be intimately special, and that's exactly what it was. It was a blend of romance, tranquility, natural beauty, bonding and overwhelming love."

Uh, can we see the pictures to prove this? It sounds too pretty to be real! Beach weddings always have a beautiful, earthy vibe, and it sounds like Keibler and Pobre knew just how to play it up-perhaps with barefoot vows, a driftwood altar, and tropical flower crowns.

Either way, it's great news for Keibler, who always remained remarkably cool about marriage and children while she dated the commitment-phobic Clooney for two years. Even after they broke up, she stated that they "didn't discuss" marriage or children throughout their relationship.

"That is the last thing on my mind," she said of marriage on Good Morning America in July. "I'm, I think, a little bit different than most women out there. I don't really think about that right now."

Something must have changed her mind, and it sounds like it was Mr. Right who managed to do it. Congratulations to the happy couple!
