Stacy Keibler Opens Up About Her Secret Mexico Wedding!

We weren't the only ones surprised about Stacy Keibler and Jared Pobre's surprise wedding - their loved ones were, too. The couple, who were friends for five years before starting to date in the fall, took both of their families to Punta Mita, Mexico for what was dubbed a joint family vacation. It wasn't until they were all on the plane when Keibler and Pobre announced their destination wedding plans according to new reports.

"Everyone was screaming and hugging and over the moon," Keibler tells People of their friends and families' reaction to the wedding news they've been planning for four months.
The group stayed at the luxe Palmasola villa, where they had "an absolutely magical time," Keibler says. "We felt we wanted to put our money, energy and time into our intimate family and [share] this really special bond, special moment and special memory just with them. There's just so much love."

After some R&R and wedding prep, Keibler donned a custom Monique Lhuillier wedding dress for the emotional sunset beach ceremony. "It was such a celebration of love with the whole family, better than I could have ever dreamed of," Keibler says. "We can't stop smiling."
It sounds like the couple's parents are also still basking in the joy of the big news. "The first time I met Stacy and saw the interaction between my son and her, I knew they were perfect for one another," Pobre's mother Gladys Lowenstein tells People. "The energy and love they have for each other is amazing. Our family has embraced Stacy and her parents. I feel very lucky to have her as a daughter-in-law."
Keibler's mother Pat was equally excited. "As a parent all you want for your child is to be happy. We see such joy and happiness in both Stacy and Jared's eyes when they are together. There is a true sense of harmony and love in the energy they share," Pat says. "We are excited to welcome Jared and his family into ours. We wish them much happiness, love and laughter."
Surely, both moms will be thrilled to hear what a source told Us Weekly recently. "They've been joking about getting married and having babies after a few months of dating," the insider reveals. "They both wants kids as soon as possible."
Sounds like there's a ton to celebrate in the Keibler/Pobre family. Congratulations!
