The Video Clip that Will Make You Feel Bad for Kim Kardashian

We've all been hearing a lot about Kim Kardashian's marriage in the past few weeks, and sometimes it can be hard to feel any sympathy for her: after all, reports of how much money she made are pretty staggering, and surely someone who lives her life in front of the camera must, in some way, be asking for it?

But a recent clip, put together by Jezebel.com from "Kim and Kourtney Take New York" shows that Kim may have been more innocent than cynics might realize.
The four-minute video shows the tension between newlyweds Kim and Kris start to bubble as the couple learns to live together for the first time. Many of the issues are textbook relationship problems: Kris is messy, Kim is not. Kim likes naked yoga, Kris does not. Kim enjoys life in the limelight, Kris does not. The situation isn't helped by the fact that Kim and Kris are sharing an apartment with Kim's sister, brother-in-law, and 2 year-old nephew.

Many parts of Kim's lifestyle seem like they could be challenging for a husband to contend with, but Kris doesn't exactly handle these speedbumps with maturity. (He expresses his frustration with Kourtney by, no joke, farting in her face. Super mature.)
The final scene of the clip shows Kim crying to Kourtney as she perhaps realizes that the marriage isn't going to work out. "At 30 years-old I thought I'd be married and have kids but I'm not!" She says, tearfully.

And that's when it becomes clear: Kim isn't (just) a fame-whore: she's just a girl who really, really wanted to get married, saw her chance, and took a risk. It didn't work out, and she feels like she's now running out of time and options. And how many of us can't somewhat relate to that?
