Yoga Moves that Will Change Your Sex Life

Bored with the downward dog? Try these moves for some added spice in the bedroom.

You already know that yoga is a great way to tone up, but did you know that it can give your sex life a boost too? In fact, certain poses increase blood flow and strengthen muscles in erogenous zones such as your pelvis, which can help you have stronger orgasms. Read on for three poses to try with your partner tonight.

Wide-Legged Straddle Pose
What it does: Increases blood flow and sensation in the pelvis
How to do it:
1. Sit on the floor with your legs wide. Your leg muscles should be active, and your toes and kneecaps should be pointing straight up.
2. Lean your torso forward as far as it goes comfortably. Breathe deeply. Hold for five minutes.

Back-to-Back Twist
What it does: Creates blood flow in the spine and connects you to your partner's rhythms
How to do it:
1. Sit back to back with your partner.
2. Breathe deeply, imagining you can send your breath into your partner's spine.
3. Pause and feel the movement of your partner's breath against your body. Take turns leading and following. Repeat for up to five minutes.

Eye Gazing
What it does: Creates deep intimacy with your partner
How to do it:
1. Sit comfortably on the floor or bed, facing each other.
2. Close your eyes and feel your partner's presence without touching.
3. Now open your eyes and gaze into each other's eyes (with minimal blinking). Hold for up to five minutes.
