Skinny jeans that cut off circulation, heels that are bad for your feet, flip-flops that are wrecking your ankles--we've all heard about the alleged health risks of some of our fashion choices, but you may also like to know three chic style picks that happen to be healthy choices...

Oversized sunglasses: If you love the Jackie O look, good girl: Experts say big sunglasses may deflect more rays. "Although the glasses are a fashion statement for most, few people are aware of the need to protect the eye, particularly the cornea, from harmful sun damage," reports CBS. "Corneal flash burns can cause pain and vision changes and even lead to permanent scarring. Look for labels on sunglasses which indicate the level of ultraviolet A (UVA) and ultraviolet B (UVB) protection."

Small clutches: That enormous bag you've been lugging? Yeah, not so good for your back and spine health. Pairing down and switching to a smaller clutch, on the other hand, makes good health sense (and they're also really cute!).
