2-Year-Old Beatles Fan's Amazing Duet with Dad Won't Let You Down

A video of a father and son playing guitars and singing the Beatles' song, "Don't Let Me Down" has gone viral and melted the collective hearts of the Internet.

The 1:24 video opens with dad Christian Diego Mello, a website designer in Brazil, playing the Beatles' classic tune on his guitar and singing the chorus line "Don't let me down!" while his 2-year-old son Diogo Mello, strumming his own mini guitar, yells back, "Don't let me down!"

As of Monday afternoon, the video had racked up more than 300,000 views with commenters writing, "This is just awesome. This father gets an A in my book, for both being an awesome father, and for the singing as well," "That baby rocks!" and "We want more videos of this incredible duo!"

On his YouTube channel, Mello wrote, "I'm his daddy, very proud of him. Big hug!" And in response to the public comments, Mello wrote a message in Portuguese that's roughly translated:

"Guys, I am the father...All comments are being read and that fills me of happiness and pride. Peace and good music, always!"
