What seemed like an innocent question got 4-year-old Justin Otero banished from a doughnut shop in Monroe, CT. While at the Doughnut Inn the inquisitive child asked a fellow customer if she "had a baby in her belly." Photo by Getty Images

When the woman said "no," Justin's mother, Rebecca Denham, immediately apologized for her son's question, which apparently the questioned woman accepted. But, the next time the mother and son went back to the shop, they were not allowed back in. "We were screamed at in the front of the door, 'He's not allowed in here, he's rude,'" said Denham.

The doughnut shop has declined to comment on the incident.

Do you think the shop had the right to ban the boy?
