Have a special meal
We started the tradition of making German pancakes for breakfast last Easter (our daughter's first) and it is something I hope to continue. I have other friends who make a special Easter bread or a specific Easter dinner meal as well - the routine of knowing that a special meal awaits you during a holiday is always fun. Even though your little one may not be eating tons of foods yet, you can always adapt the meal to include a little something special for your baby until he or she is a little older and more able to eat your special holiday meal.

One of the best things about having a little one is having an excuse to make holidays extra special and just because your child is still a baby, doesn't mean you can't get a jump start on those traditions. Even though your baby may not yet be able to participate in all of the holiday traditions, it can still be fun to begin celebrating them and there are definitely plenty of fun traditions that your little one can enjoy already!
