Kate Hudson’s Hands-On Fiance Vows To Be At The Birth ‘With Rubber Gloves On!’
Kate Hudson's due to give birth to the couple's first child this summer - and her lovestruck fiance Matt Bellamy is determined to get as involved as he can.
Even if it means strapping on gloves and a gown and delivering the baby himself!
"I'm gonna be there when she gives birth, of course I am. I'll be there with rubber gloves on."Matt Bellamy tells the News Of The World. "It's going to be special - (it's) the biggest thing that's ever happened to me."
Wow, he is keen!
The British-born Muse frontman meanwhile reveals Kate will give birth in Los Angeles, so they can make sure their baby is an American citizen. A loophole in the law means their baby would need to live full-time in the US if he was born abroad - and the couple plan to travel the world with their tot!
He explains, "We're gonna have the baby in LA, that way it will have dual citizenship. It's easier to get citizenship in the UK. If we have it in LA - if you do it the other way round - it is just a complete nightmare. There are these special laws and we really want it to live in both countries."
