Kids Accidentally Served Mimosas Instead of Orange Juice at Restaurant

Parents are outraged after their three young daughters were accidentally served alcohol at Bazil restaurant in Rochester, N.Y.

According to ABC 13, Jeremy and Dawn DeRoo's 7-year-old daughter said her orange juice tasted funny, but they just chalked it up to being a dfferent brand.

The DeRoos realized their children were drinking alcohol when they heard people at another table say the orange juice tasted like mimosas.

The waitress apologized and the owner offered a refund. He explained that this was the restaurant's first brunch and the drinks may have gotten mixed up. They have since relabeled the juice containers.

The DeRoos say the children were fine although the alcohol made the kids sleep all afternoon and just "didn't want to do anything that they normally would do."

This isn't the first time children have accidentally been served alcohol. Children as young as four have allegedly been served alcohol by mistake at Olive Garden, Applebee's and Chili's since 2011.

What do you think? Is an apology and a refund enough? What would you do if your children were accidentally served alcohol?
