Kim Kardashian and Kanye West Spend Almost a Grand on Baby’s Stroller

In news that will surely not knock your socks off: Kim Kardashian and Kanye West may be owners of the most expensive stroller ever created! Just kidding, there is probably some gold-encrusted stroller strolling the earth right now. But anyway…

Just last week Kim and Ye headed to New York to clear the air on Yeezus' most recent Twitter feud with Jimmy Kimmel on Jimmy Kimmel Live. Kanye had landed himself in a bit of hot water by ranting against the comedian, so the appearance on the show was, more or less, to set the record straight and let the world know that despite his creative-crazy, Kanye's still has [un]likeable as ever. Phew.

Ever the gentleman though, Kanye wasn't the only one who stole the show. In fact, he was willing to share the stage with his beautiful baby girl, North West. The trio stepped out for dinner after the taping and it was little Nori's stroller system that got us - and moms - really talking. Clad in blush pink from head-to-do (okay, fine, her hair wasn't pink, but whatever… minor detail), Kim pushed Nori to the restaurant in an Orbit Baby G2 Stroller Travel System. The stroller system will cost you a pretty penny: it retails for $940 and it comes with all the bells and whistles you could ever hope for.

The innovative QuadShock helps baby ride smooth and hassle-free and you can change her view easily with the 360 degree rotating and docking station (sounds more like a spaceship, right?). The twist-and-lift motion makes life easy on mom who can open and close the stroller one-handed, as well as the removable Cargo Pod diaper bag that comes with shoulder strap and bottle pockets. There's a built in cup holder, a key tray and a build in Paparazzi Shield extension to keep prying eyes out. The stroller is equipped with a patent-pending soft carrier handle and it's compatible with other Orbit Baby car seats and accessories, like the Orbit Baby Sidekick Stroller Board, Green Edition Footmuff, Stroller Panniers, Stroller Travel Bag and Weather Pack. It's sold through most national retailers as well.

So, did Kim and Kanye make the right decision? It depends.

Every mom has a certain style that she's going for and has certain needs her stroller needs to fulfill in order to work for her, dad and baby - and it sounds like that's exactly what Yeez and Keeks does. It works for them. Is it over-the-top? Maybe. Is it too expensive? Perhaps. But you know what? Kim and Kanye have the money - and it sounds like they're spending it where it's most important: theirdaughter. They want Nori to be happy, comfortable and most importantly, to be protected. The stroller comes with a built-in paparazzi shield so that the cameras that constantly berate them won't be able to have the same luck with their three-month-old baby girl. It's not a must-have for every mom, but for Kim, it probably is.

Do you think anyone needs a stroller that expensive?
