Remember the wiggly baby in your belly? [videos]

Why Did the Paycheck Fairness Act Get Voted Down?

by Jessica Ashley, Shine staff

I remember the feeling distinctly -- the baby in my belly rolling from side to side every night as soon as I settled in to bed. I wanted desperately to sleep, but there was no way with all that in utero action. Plus, it amazed me to see and feel the waves and changing shape of my belly, and I'd get caught up in wondering who this child would be, how it would feel to hold all that nocturnal squirminess in my arms rather than pressed up against my bladder and kicked into my ribs. It was astounding. Exhausting but astounding.

These videos capture those wow moments other mamas experienced as they seem to be nearly bursting at the scenes with active babies inside. Try not to gasp out loud.
