Keri Russell stepped out in NYC on Friday, the day after Us Weekly broke news that she gave birth to daughter Willa Lou Dec. 27.

And despite that very recent birth, the pretty actress, 35, appeared slim and svelte as ever in a denim short-sleeved shirt, jeans and platform sandals -- with barely any traces left of her baby weight.

Little Willa Lou is the second child for the former WB star and carpenter husband Shane Deary, already parents to son River, 4.
