TSA Frisks 6-Year Old...Isn't Traveling with Kids Hard Enough?

There are so many things to be anxious about when you're flying with young kids. For example, will my kid be able to sit for five hours straight without causing too much of a ruckus or will her ears hurt from all the pressure in the cabin? And so on.

But one thing that the Drexel family didn't count on before boarding their flight home was a full-on pat down of their 6-year old daughter from a TSA Security Officer. Yes, watch the video above to see an innocent little 6-year old girl being frisked at the airport.

I understand the need to be extra vigilant during times like these, but a first grader? Really? The poor girl's father told ABC's Good Morning America that she "was confused by the search and started crying afterward because she thought she'd done something wrong." Is it just me who thinks there's something wrong with this picture??? Share your thoughts in the comments below.
