Two of the Most Inspirational Triathletes You'll Ever Meet Are Only 7 and 9 Years Old

Connor and Cayden Long may be two of the most inspirational triathletes you'll ever meet. Connor, who's 9, realized that his 7-year-old brother, Cayden, was missing out on all sorts of fun activities due to his celebral palsy. So Connor decided to do something about it. He told his parents he wanted to compete in triathlons with Cayden!

In this clip from "The Jeff Probst Show," Connor and his parents, Jenny and Jeffrey, explain how Connor completes in the triathlons, while carrying or pulling along Cayden the entire time. Connor's compassion and determination hasn't gone unnoticed, either - they were recently named 2012 SportsKids of the Year by Sports Illustrated Kids magazine!

If you'd like to learn more about the Long Brothers, or support them as they continue to do triathlons, you can visit their website here.
