1. You throw your dog a birthday party every year. Because it's the most important day of the year.

2. You talk to your dog all the time.
It's fine. We're not judging you. (But your dog might be.)

4. You would never dream of spending hundreds on anything for yourself-but don't think twice about shelling out for a top-of-the-line dog bed.

5. You can't resist dressing your dog up in costumes-even when it's not Halloween. Cinco de Mayo, anyone?

6. Before making any vacation plans, you always double-check that the hotel is dog friendly.

7. You have approximately 8 bajillion nicknames for him. Meet Afie. No, we mean Alf Monster. Sorry... Alfus McGee. Or is it Mr. Alf Dog?

9. You let him sleep wherever he wants.

17. Your dog is your best friend, and you can't imagine life without him.
