I was once exclusively a dog lover, then I met my husband. Until then, I had never spent much time with any cat. Now our cats are a vital part of our home. I see them as angels with whiskers. When I am stressed they help me to relax. They are always happy to greet me, come when called and love to curl up beside me, nestle into my lap or sit on top of my head.

I make time to watch my cats, to play with them and allow them to sleep next to me. I need their warmth as much as they need mine.

These two brothers were rescued just before they were to be placed in an animal shelter. It's amazing how loving them has enriched my life.
