We love our pets. We lavish treats on them, exercise with them, take funny photos of them... And we know from newsstands that celebrities love their pets too. The mini-pooch has been the accessory du jour of Hollywood these days, but there are other celebs who love their pets for more than just the cuteness factor. We caught up with a few to find out why they can't live without their animals.

"We have 11 horses up at our country home, six of which are rescue animals...
