Billy Reid, fashion designer "We were once heading to a wedding. It was his friend's daughter, and a big social event. I remember getting a new navy blazer for this one. It was a June day in South Louisiana. He was quite fired up about something, and he looked at me with inspection, and said, 'Do you have a handkerchief?' I replied, 'No sir.' Somehow this set him off. He pointed and started yelling, 'Don't you ever leave this house without a handkerchief in your pocket!' If I wear a jacket, I now always carry one."
