To make, blend 1 cup quartered strawberries, 1 sliced banana, 1/4 cup raw almonds, 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats, 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt, and 1 teaspoon maple syrup. For an even more filling meal, top with 1/4 cup chopped nuts (such as almonds or walnuts).
