Ingredients: 15 granny smith apples, peeled and diced 1/2 cup butter, cut into small squares 1 cup brown sugar 1 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon 1 package prepared pie crusts Directions: 1. Spread apples onto a cookie sheet. Spread squares of butter over the apples, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. 2. Bake in an oven preheated to 400 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Remove the apples from the oven. 3. Carefully place the pie crusts in the bottom of the mugs. Fill generously with the apple pie mixture. Top lattice-style with strips of pie crust. 4. Place mugs on a clean cookie sheet, return to oven and bake for an additional 25-30 minutes, or until the pie crusts are golden brown. Allow to cool before serving.
