That's why we asked Jackie Mills, MS, RD, author of The Big Book of Diabetic Desserts, to develop these smoothie recipes just for us. "The portion sizes of these drinks are smaller than you'll get at your neighborhood smoothie shop, but they easily fit into a healthy meal plan as part of a healthy breakfast or a revitalizing snack," Mills says. None of these delectable smoothies are more than 225 calories per serving, so you can indulge in a new one every day of the week.
