7 Post-Baby Exercises You Can Do at Home

So here's the thing, I don't really like exercising. I realize this goes against the subject line, but bear with me a moment. While I would prefer to do just about ANYTHING else, I also realize that working out is essential to how I feel, especially as a mother. This has been a learning process (and a SLOW one at that...) but it's a routine I'm vowing to stick with as long as I can. Simply put, I feel so much better afterwards. I'm never going to be a skinny minny, and that's okay. I do like feeling strong... especially when I'm hauling my child in a stroller into the subway!

With that said, I recently attended a class here in NYC called "Baby Bounce Back," led by fitness instructor Karen Vizueta. Karen is a mother of three children, and let me just say her post-baby abs are inspiring. The best part about these exercises? You can do them at home with the use of a Pilates Ring.
