Andy Warhol: Runway Photographer?

If Andy Warhol were alive today, he'd be sitting next to Anna Wintour in the front row at New York Fashion Week. He's known as the godfather of pop art, an oracle of culture, a branding genius, and a guy who liked Studio 54 (a lot). But Warhol's involvement in the world of fashion was largely overlooked until now. Through September 25, Christie's is auctioning off Warhol's fashion-related photos and sketches. Like his colorful celebrity paintings, his photographs repackage fashion photography as something wholly original.
