You have put so much effort into your fitness regimen, don't let it be undermined by bad habits. Focus on maintaining your stretching exercises as well.


Be sure to take the time to stretch after your workout, once your body has warmed up, rather than before you exercise (when muscles are cold and you could injure yourself). If you can't stay for the cool-down portion of your favorite workout, be sure to stretch at home before you go to bed that night.
