Bette Midler's 17th Annual "Hulaween" Party With French Flair

Bette Midler cannot be stopped. Despite massive devastation throughout the Northeast due to superstorm Sandy, the party (and the show) must go on! In true theatrical fashion, the New York Restoration Project's 17th annual "Hulaween" catered to some of our favorite stars of Broadway and television, with Midler playing the host of a decidedly French fete. The charity is devoted to revitalizing New York City's underserved parks and community gardens and proceeds from the event went to the cause.
