Bite Size: Easy Puff-Pastry Apps

Recipes:

Smoked Salmon Puffs
Cut 1 thawed puff pastry sheet into 36 squares. Bake in a 350° oven until golden, about 10 minutes. Let cool, then top each with smoked salmon, sour cream and snipped fresh chives.

Pesto-Prosciutto Sandwiches Cut 1 thawed puff pastry sheet into 3 strips, then cut crosswise into 6 rectangles. Bake in a 400° oven until golden, about 15 minutes. Let cool, then split. Spread the bottoms with storebought pesto, top with prosciutto slices and cover with the pastry tops.
