Bizarre Burgers that Are Super Trendy

When is a burger not a burger? Kitchen mad scientists are pushing the limits of this American favorite and coming up with bizarre variations on the classic beef patty on a bun. This weekend, foodie fans of culinary innovation (weirdness?) will line up to try to one of only 100 Ramen Burgers available at Smorgasburg, a food-based flea market in hipster heaven, the Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn.
