Even if you're not a celeb, colored gowns can work for you. All sorts of bright-hued dresses are popping up in collections, like a mint green number from Claire Pettibone, Watters' fluttery ballet-pink gown, and an Oscar De La Renta that's got your "something blue" all covered.
