Couple Celebrates 61 Years Together With 'Up'-Inspired Photo Shoot

Donald and Dorothy Lutz, both 82, were married 61 years ago in what we can only assume was a picture-perfect ceremony.  Unfortunately, there is no photographic proof, because their wedding photographer stood them up. So Lauren Wells, an event planner and wife of their grandson, decided to celebrate their diamond wedding anniversary (plus one) by righting the past wrong with a photo shoot. Using the beloved movie "Up" as inspiration, the octogenarians stood in as Carl and Ellie Fredricksen in a staged a re-creation of the Pixar love story. Donald and Dorothy now have the perfect Hollywood ending to their wedding day debacle. — Lauren Tuck, Shine Staff
