DKNY Turns 25 with Rita Ora, Iggy Azalea, Emmy Rossum, Karlie Kloss and the A$AP Mob

by Elana Fishman

The competition for best NYFW afterparty basically ended with last night's #DKNY25 birthday blowout on Wall Street. More a concert than a standard-issue post-show party, the brand's bash kicked into high gear when DKNY face Rita Ora took the stage-and the mike-at around 10 pm, dressed in a heavily-logoed sweatsuit straight off the label's Spring 2014 runway. In addition to Ora's crowd-rousing performance, the night also featured surprise guests sets from Iggy Azalea, A$AP Rocky and A$AP Ferg. The undisputed highlight? Watching Karlie Kloss, Joan Smalls and Emmy Rossum breaking it down onstage as Azalea performed her single "Work." (Well, either that or seeing the celeb attendees feed each other handfuls of a taxicab-shaped birthday cake. Models chowing down-it never gets old.)

Though I headed out just before midnight, hundreds of guests stayed well into the wee hours. This morning, I caught up with Rossum at Tory Burch's 9 am show to see how she (and her stiletto-clad feet) were faring. "I was in pointy-toed Louboutins the whole night. The party was great, but by the end of the night I was literally hobbling out of my car-real difficult problems, I know! I was in the elevator with a stranger and his dog, barefoot." Further proof that DKNY's was a successful fashion week fête.
