Dress for Success: 5 Ways to Transform a Summer Salad
It's no secret: Here at EDF we're salad fanatics -- seriously, we eat 'em almost every day! But as much as we love a bowl brimming with greens and other goodies, a bunch of leaves is nothing if its not evenly coated in a lip-smackingly-good homemade dressing.
To be clear: if you're using stuff that sat on a shelf before you bought it, please stop! Making salad dressing is healthier, tastier, and cheaper than buying it from the store. Plus, you won't ruin a perfectly good manicure trying to remove that pesky little perforated seal.
