Dressing for Battle: 7 Hot Bomber Jackets to Rock This Fall

Originally created for pilots during World War I, bomber jackets and "pilot jackets" were designed with a higher and softer neckline and cinched cuffs to keep the wind out and are generally lined thickly to keep the pilot warm. They've gone through many style variations since then and pop in and out of the fashion scene every few decades or so. In the '90s, we all wore vintage nylon bomber jackets in army green, and replicas made then in navy blue, deep burgundy, and black, and lined in bright orange. And now designers have gone and done it again, pulling street style looks from cool girls all over the world and re-imagining the old classic once again.
