Tamerlan Tsarnaev and brother Dzhokhar Tsarnaev are the suspected culprits behind the deadly Boston Marathon bombings that killed three people on April 15. Tamerlan was killed in a shootout with police, while 19-year-old Dzhokhar was captured in Watertown and charged with using a weapon of mass destruction.
