Leading by Example: 7 Ways to Get Fit and Healthy with Your Kid

I'm not the kind of parent to put my kid on a diet or restrict him from eating. And I'm not the kind of parent who forces their kid to eat everything on their plate. But, my husband and I both have a family history of diabetes, heart disease, obesity, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. I don't want any of that for my son. I want him to grow up to be a healthy young man who knows how to make responsible choices. I want to be healthy for as long as I can. But, I am not planning anything drastic. Like I said, I want my son to be able to make responsible choices and I need to lead by example. It's time break out of my bad habits before it's too late.
