Hair mousse is back, but don't be scared! The fluffy white styling staple was wildly popular in the '80s and early '90s because of its ability to create lasting volume and hold. When curls and big hair were replaced by sleeker, straighter styles, haircare brands ditched the mousse for more sophisticated products like serums and oils. Now that curls and volume are back in a more manageable way, mousse has returned and it's better than ever.
