Homemade Taco Pizza
Ingredients: 1 Pillsbury Pie Crust 1 1/2 cups salsa 1 can refried beans 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon onion salt 4 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded 1 cup grilled chicken, cooked and shredded 1/2 cup chopped scallions 1/4 cup chopped cilantro 1/2 cup sour cream Directions: 1. Preheat a grill to medium-low heat. Spray a large piece of aluminum foil with nonstick baking spray. Open the Pillsbury Pie crust and spread it over the aluminum foil. Spread salsa on top. 2. In a small bowl, stir together the beans, liquid smoke, garlic powder, and onion salt. Spread over pizza crust. 3. Top with shredded cheddar, grilled chicken. Place tin foil on grill, cover grill, cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges of the pizza crust are golden brown.
