If Lucy Hale, one of the stars of Pretty Little Liars, did what was expected of one of Hollywood's cool young things, she'd spend her fall hiatus shooting some big movie. But rather than bulk up her screen credits, the 24-year-old Memphis native is following her heart. In the next few months, she'll release her first country album, fully aware that inserting a hyphen into her job title will make her an easy mark for cynics. "I'm scared as hell. Some days I go to sleep and I'm like, What am I doing? People aren't going to take me seriously," says Hale, who does actually know what she's doing. Back in 2003, she competed (successfully) on American Juniors, an Idol spin-off. "Music is my favorite thing, and I'm going to fight to make it happen."
