When it comes to chocolate I am a true devotee of the white variety. I know it is not quite 100% pure chocolate but that doesn't matter to me. It always satisfies chocolate cravings and kids totally love it. I find it to be the perfect compliment to anything vanilla flavored, which is why it is ideal when used in frosting and slathered on top of vanilla cake. It is also perfect smooshed between a graham cracker with a cooked marshmallow to form a great s'more. There are so many uses for white chocolate in baking and all are completely delicious.
