Why You Shouldn't Count Out Forever 21

Millennials (those born between 1980 and 2000) are quickly becoming some of the world's top consumers. With that in mind, Goldman Sachs partnered up with Teen Vogue to determine the most popular brand of this youthful generation. The unequivocal winner? Forever 21. In a time where fast fashion reigns supreme, it's no surprise that the affordable, California-based brand scored so highly. But the retail chain could be called Forever and ever 21, as women far older can also find basic wardrobe staples and trendy items on a budget. It can be hard weeding through the crop tops, mini skirts, and kitschy graphic tees, but there are great deals to be had. We've scoured thousands of items to find the very best, all under $30.
