~My PRICELESS GIFT!

Over 31 years ago, i recieved a priceless gift from a young woman....that being, the honor of being her GRANDMA♥.Since then we've grown in trust and love,through the ups and downs of life TOGETHER.
I have seen this young woman,show by example her unending,generous heart,reaching out to others ....when she,herself may appreciate a listening ear,withot judgement or annalitical comment.
Giving her full support,compassion,inspiration and love to so many without expectation of repayment of any kind.
Deprived of vital basics,as a child.....she faced the world as the survior she was ment to be!! Though punished for her quest of an education...she would NOT be deterred.....instead she swooped in to gather all she could absorb,dyslectic...her journey was challenging....but as all ewlse,she is victorious....no complaints,no excuses!! A winner in every way!!Her focus is always on the beauty around her,leaving her footprints of her heart....everywhere she goes.
Almost four years ago,two souls met online....one very welcoming,wise,full of humor and overflowing with genuine love....my Grandaughter,a bit shy but also welcoming......giving trust tenitively....with the gift of her very unselfish heart.Both hearts were soon bonded in deep respect and trust,as the mighty roots of the redwood trees."IRISH" and "SERENITY came together in unity,exchanging gifts of"CHOSEN MOTHER and DAUGHTER"
Though,as of Dec10th, our beloved "IRISH" was called home to our lord....she was adorned with her
wings of graciousness and love....she walked toward the outstretched arms of her loved ones ,who preceeded her.Knowing SERENITY as i do....her grief is intense....however, firmly believes that her loving bond with her chosen MOM will continue to flourish with each passing moment,remaining forever connected.Being a very positive person, i know my Grandaughter will continue her quest to make this world a better place in which to live,seeing beauty in places one would not think to look....walking,heart-n-heart with a Mother who joyfully Chose her!! HOW RICHLY BLESSED i am to be her GRANDMA!! I LOVE YOU SERENITY!!
