Dry air, stress, lack of sleep -- all of these things can make your skin look older than it actually is. Bummer. The good news, though? You can combat the aging process all day and night long. Seriously! For example, when you snooze, your skin can stop fighting off free radicals, harsh elements and the like and instead begin the reparative process. And if you skip sleep? Your blood vessels dialate -- which can lead to bags and uneven skin tone. Another way to make your skin's cells age faster? Stress. (Shocker, right?) Here's how can you stop the aging process around the clock.

Over night: Grab a super-charged overnight formula that packs major benefits including hydration and repair into one step. (I mean, hello. You obviously have enough on your plate - more than one step wont happen.) Try KORRES Wild Rose + Vitamin C Advanced Brightening Sleeping Facial, which is this amaze mix of vitamin C to even tone, wild rose oil to erase fine lines and rose water to hydrate.

In the AM: After washing your face with not-too-hot water, load up on a super-hydrating moisturizer with antioxidants built in. A good lotion will fill out fine lines caused by the dry air, and its antioxidants will fight off the skin-haters like smog and pollution so you can glow. The most amazing option is Philosophy Take A Deep Breath Oil-Free Energizing Oxygen Gel Cream Moisturizer, which is oil-free, super light and crazy effective.

Before Makeup:
Hunt down a primer with built-in moisturizers. That will help plump skin more and keep any makeup you're wearing from drying out, caking and making you look, like, 90 years older than you are. Oh and if you don't wear makeup, the primer will just help skin look brighter and more even. My current must have is the Dior Airflash CC Primer - Radiance Booster Color Correcting Primer. The lightweight mist corrects imperfections, erases shadows, evens out skin tone and brightens dull complexions, plus contains hyaluronic acid, which delivers a major dose of hydration.

Oh, and I'm a big believer in meditation, since studies say it can slow cellular aging and...well, helloo -- look at how great the 78-year-old Dalai Lama looks.
