Kim Kardashian isn't afraid to try new beauty treatments-vampire facial, anyone?-and now the reality star tried another at a spa in Santorini, Greece: The fish pedicure. The treatment involves you dipping your feet into warm water and allowing small Doctor Fish to remove and clean dead skin from your soles. The procedure has been controversial for years and certainly isn't for the squeamish. But, guess who's squeamish?!
