Man Sues Wife for Being Ugly—And Wins

So this really happened: Jian Feng, a man in northern China, successfully sued his wife for $120,000 for misrepresenting herself as attractive and tricking him into marriage.

Unbeknownst to her husband, the unnamed now ex-wife had undergone approximately $100,000 of plastic surgery before they met. When the two had a daughter who looked nothing like either of them-who Feng charmingly described as "incredibly ugly"-he accused his hot wife of cheating. She denied it and explained the child's appearance by telling Feng about her surgeries. Feng divorced her and sued for damages, saying that they had married under false pretenses. Wow, right?

Obviously, Feng being financially rewarded for admitting that he's shallow is ridiculous. (And I would put money on it that if a man had laser hair removal on his back and his child was born hairy, a woman would never have been able to make the same case.) But this lawsuit does raise interesting relationship questions:
