Miley Cyrus has shocked us again - by going brunette. The video above, uploaded to a Team Miley Cyrus Youtube page, shows the singer stepping out in Paris yesterday with much darker hair.

We're surprised by her choice, since her hairstylist Chris McMillan said they were growing it out to look more like Madonna.
