It's the Friday after a killer week; your brain is fried and it shows. You probably want to hit the bars (Cuba Libre, anyone?), but try giving your bod a break instead. Light a candle, strike up the old-school Maná playlist, and whip up these easy concoctions to renew your spirit and your carita.

1. For your face
The mango you bought for your smoothie can double as a key ingredient in a clarifying, hydrating masque that unclogs pores and helps reduce acne.
What You'll Need
• 4 slices of mango, an antioxidant
• 1⁄2 cup of plain yogurt, an exfoliant
• 4 strawberries, collagen-boosters
Directions: Mix all ingredients in a blender until you've got a paste. Then massage onto skin. Leave on for 10 minutes. Rinse off and shield your eyes from the glow you've unleashed!

2. For Your Hair

Your hair soaks up the vitamin E and fatty acids in coconut oil, leaving it frizz-free and shiny. While massaging in this hydrating treatment, let the sweet smell take you back to last summer's beach vacay in San Juan.
What You'll Need
• 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, a hair-protein repairer
• 1/4 tablespoon of honey, a mega moisturizer
• 2 tablespoons of aloe vera, a detoxifier
• 1 tablespoon of peppermint oil, a scalp stimulator
Directions: Mix ingredients and rub into scalp; then apply to the rest of your hair. Leave on for 10-15 minutes and wash out with your favorite shampoo. You can add a bit of distilled apple cider vinegar, a natural acid, to help seal the hair cuticle and increase shine.

• 4 ounces of jojoba oil, a moisturizer
• 4 ounces of avocado oil, a hydrator
• 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, a brightener
• 4 drops of lavender essential oil, an antibacterial
Directions: Mix all of these together, head to the shower, and scrub away with hands or a wash cloth.
