#1: Dip It

#3: Layer It

If all you know about parfaits is that Donkey from Shrek really likes them, it's time to get better acquainted. Layering fruit with other yummy stuff like yogurt, pudding, and cereal is SO easy. Here's a 4-step formula for whipping up parfaits:

1. Choose a light creamy base -- yogurt, cottage cheese, pudding, etc.

2. Add lots of fruit!

3. Top it off with something sweet and crunchy, like cereal or crushed low-fat graham crackers.

4. EAT!

#4: Toss It

Many people hear "salad" and immediately shut down, imagining piles of flavorless veggies. Not in HG land. Check out these three salads, each featuring fruit AND veggies... Yup, even the fruit salad has veggies!
