It's in the Bag! How to Make Addictive Doritos Cheddar Baked Chicken
Ready to call your kids to a dinner they'll actually wanna eat? This fabulously clever Doritos Cheddar Chicken doesn't use Doritos at all! It actually uses a secret combo of spices (you won't believe what they are!) to mimic that classic Doritos flavor that everyone loves. The recipe is crazy simple to put together and makes for a fabulously fun and flavorful dish!
Ingredients:
1 pound chicken, cut into strips
1 packet cheddar Mac & Cheese powder
1 packet taco seasoning
2 cups extra-sharp cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1. Prep Your Workstation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice your chicken into strips. Whisk together the eggs and milk in one bowl. In a second bowl, toss together the shredded cheddar, packet of Mac & Cheese powder, and taco seasoning.

2. Prep Your Chicken
Dip each chicken strip into the egg mixture.
3. Coat with Cheese
Press the chicken into the cheddar mixture to coat one side with the cheese mixture.
4. Coat both sides of the chicken
Flip the chicken to the other side, press until cheese coats the chicken completely.
5. New Item
Place cheddar-coated chicken onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 18-22 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
Enjoy!
Serve your cooked chicken with sour cream and a simple salad. Enjoy!
