Bar Necessities! Bake Flavor-Filled Pumpkin Bars

I love baking in the fall, and anything with pumpkin is always a hit! These bars are easy and they can serve a crowd. Whether you need dessert for a Halloween party or Thanksgiving dinner, these bars fit the bill.

Ingredients
Pumpkin Bars:
4 eggs
1 cup oil
1 16 ounce can of Pumpkin
1 2/3 cups Sugar
2 Cups Flour
2 Tsp Baking Powder
2 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 Tsp Cloves
Cream Cheese Frosting:
3 ounces of softened cream cheese.
1/2 cup softened butter
1 tsp Vanilla
2 Cups Powdered Sugar
Add Milk to taste and desired thickness

Directions

1. Mix pumpkin bar ingredients together. Pour in a 9x11 pan for thicker bars or a cookie sheet for thinner bars (I prefer to use a cookie sheet for sheet cake-like bars). Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool before frosting.

2. Mix frosting ingredients together and apply!
